What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, the topic you picked, and your message. The classroom waitlist asks for your email address only.

What we do with it

Form submissions are emailed to info@masterstouchacademy.com so a person can answer you. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to third parties, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you have asked us to.

Along with what you submit, the message records the time, the page you sent it from, and the IP address it came from. That exists to trace spam, nothing else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Third parties

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading a page therefore makes a request to Google's servers, which necessarily discloses your IP address and browser to Google. That is the only third-party request the site makes. Google's handling of it is covered by Google's privacy policy.

The site is hosted on shared web hosting, and the host keeps standard server access logs.

How long we keep it

Emailed enquiries stay in our mailbox so we have a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Write to info@masterstouchacademy.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
