These are the terms that apply to courses, class seats, and membership at Masters Touch Academy. They are written in plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Course access

Buying an on-demand course gives you access to it for one year from the date of purchase, or for as long as your membership stays active, whichever is longer. There is no weekly pacing and no expiry on individual lessons within that period.

Certification classes

Certification courses follow the current IICRC curriculum. The exam is administered through the IICRC directly, and the credential is issued in your name by the IICRC — not by us. IICRC exam fees are separate from the course price and are charged per person.

Certification seats are purchased separately at every membership tier. Membership discounts apply to the seat price, not to IICRC fees.

Membership

Paid memberships carry a three-month minimum term and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. Course purchases made outright are unaffected by cancelling.

Course materials

Course books, manuals, reference charts, and video lessons are for the use of the person or the crew seat they were bought for. Please don't redistribute or resell them.
