Refund policy

On-demand courses

Full refund within 14 days on any on-demand course you have not completed.

In-person and live-stream seats

Class seats are refundable up to 14 days before the class date. Inside 14 days a seat is not refundable, but it is transferable: move it to another date at no charge, or pass it to another technician on your crew.

Memberships

Paid memberships are refundable in full within the first two weeks. After that, monthly plans stop at the end of the current period — cancel any time and you keep access until it ends. Paid plans carry a three-month minimum term. Yearly plans are billed once up front; cancel before renewal for a full refund.

Courses you bought outright stay yours for a year, whether or not your membership is active.

IICRC exam fees

IICRC exam fees are set and collected by the IICRC and are per person. They are not part of the course price and are not refundable by us.
